very fresh rellenos with different fillings...made with potatoes and other carbohydrates...secret recipe...deep fried in oil....very clean kitchen, maybe the cleanest in all Cochabamba.....daytime only.opposite is the oldest capilla of Cochabamba....do not overlook!

Oh man. Cochabamba, you have my heart in so many ways, one of which is rellenos de papa.A crisp outside, a creamy mashed potato layer, a filling full of savory meat vegetables and eggs. Ahhh man. It's like a hip fresh version of your moms beloved Shepard's pie.
